If I am at school and I get in a fight, can I go to juvie, or will they just suspend me? I am 13 and I am in Middle School in USA!

Not likely unless you used a weapon and even then you are more apt to be expelled then go to juvenile.

DO NOT fight in school...you probably heard this a million times...what can you resolve/prove from fighting? Seriously, think about this. Just think of all the consequences before you act. You already did the first step...taking your time and asking this question to find out the consequences, good job. If you're fighting...it depends on injury, weapons involvement, gangs related, your "opponent", etc. You may be going to juvenile hall. Most "cat fights" in school will result suspension. At 13, you're entering an age group that gets in trouble easily, try every way to avoid getting into fight because it's only get you in trouble, unless you want to start your "rap sheet" at 13.

depends on the judge but if you are not a problem child just get suspended.
