Try the film schools. The top tier of film schools include UCLA and USC. However, there may be a college/university with a film school near you. Also, local film organizations are a great asset.

Schools in USA love Money$$$$ they do not give a s/*/i/t about education. They just love their checks! We all know that Public School districts make a lot of money thanks undocumented Immigrants! why do you trolls deny it?

A LOT!! Here in Phoenix the school is given so much money per child attending that school. They would cease to exist without them!

PROPERTY TAXES pay 80% of schools cost..... When even 2 families of illegals live in one house( thats conservative by the way, more like 4 families to a house) You then get one unit of tax money coming in and 2 units of families utilizing the school system funding.You want to see schools improve.. It costs approximately $4,000 per student in Phoenix, AZ. Property tax in Phoenix, AZ (assuming home ownership): $150,000 x .013 [1.3%] = $1,950 (How many illegal, immoral, criminals own their own house?) In other words a criminal family with one child costs the city of Phoenix, AZ about $2,000. And they usually pop out a bunch more! If I give you $2000 and take $4000 you consider this a GOOD thing? Meet me at my bank I can give you a lot of money if I can take money back at that rate!

Teachers are being laid off by the thousands.And if AZ is doing so great why is the state facing double-digit percentage gaps in their 2010 fiscal year budgets leading the nation in debt.Apparently all this cash you speak of isn't saving anyone or anything.AZ and Calif are proof that illegals are more of a burden than asset

In other words if the property tax is $80,000 divide that by 100 apts and each unit pays $800 compared to a home owner who pays 2 or 3 times that amount. Second illegal children require remedial classes and English Language Classes which come at a higher cost per student than regular classes. Schools are now being required to hire hispanic teachers even if they are not certified. Hispanics need them as role models so they can succeed. In other words if a hispanic doesn't tell them and show them they can succeed they will fail. Stupid! So the real answer to your question is nothing. School districts are losing money trying to educate illegals. States with high levels of illegals are going bankrupt, or didn't you bother to read that report.

i want to study , high school to USA or UK
i want to study , high school to USA or UK?
i'm 15 years old boy , my living place for now is Georgia (not in USA, but near the Russia) and so i want to go to USA(UK) and study to high school, and also i have another question, i must pay there for studying?? so help me how to study there

the easy option is for u to write to some american families to sponsor or sort-of adopt u. UK is less likely to have this. if on your own, it will be very expensive and if u can afford it, apply directly to the school u wanna go to.

Am i treated as a citizen or as an international student when it comes to graduate school admission in the US?
I am an american born. But i was raised in Egypt and my native language is Arabic and i haven't gone back to the US since i was a- six month old child . Now that i graduated from college and want to join graduate school in usa . Am i treated the same way as other americans when it comes to college admissions or am i treated as international students? I forgot to mention that i am an American citizen and holding a valid American passport

I would guess international, as you haven't lived in the states since you were young. All your address and stuff would be in Egypt. I'm just guessing, you can contact a potential school for questions, though I'm not sure they'll be able to answer it. good luck!

To be considered as being a citizen of the U.S. I'm guessing you MUST have a birth certificate to prove where you were born, and maybe other forms of identification to show you are the one on the certificate. Good luck.
