Most schools in the US are free, if you live in the district. But you have to live there to attend. There are also private schools, which anyone can attend, even from overseas. Those are not free - those charge tuition.

Which schools in USA train sports coaches and trainers?
Training of sports persons is a highly complex process.A trainer or a coach has to be versatile in many aspects like kinseology, nutrition, sports medicene,psychology and so on. While experts in various fields can be picked up there has to be one person who besides acting as a coordinator needs to be specialist in a particular field.It is therefore necessary that such a person must have undergone somekind of a formal training to become qualified as a coach.My next Question would be on the whole gamut of training of sports persons in USA from high school stage to their becoming elite sports persons.

i think usa becuse there is easier to understand things

Better educationally, better financially, better socially, better easier, I'm not sure which "better" you are looking for. But the USA would be better in terms of education and being able to practice medicine when you are done with your M.D.
