If you've got the money, study at a well-established university. There are lots of cheap language schools and cheap "home-stays". I would avoid these. They're just businesses. It's a bit of a scam.

Boarding school would be a great place to go and learn better English. A great school to refer to would be Culver Academy's. They have great english classes for international students and its also a great school in general. Culver.org and its about $40000
