Philippine high school graduate = USA

Philippine high school graduate = USA?
My son is a recent high school graduate from a catholic school in the Philippines. If we ask him to continue his studies in the US, will he go back to being a high school student again or can he take up any college course? Any link about US education evaluation and requirements would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

What he needs to do. If he is a High School Student and wants to go to College in the USA, he will: 1. Needs to contact a school that is authorized by the Federal Government to accept international students. Ergo is authorized to issue and process an I-20 document certifying that he has been accepted and qualified to study in that institution. 2. During the application correspondence, the institution will send you an application packet. This will guide you on the application process. for further readings on this topic. Go to www.uscis.gov and click search on the topic F1 visa. But if you want to fast track things, go to www.zoni.com. Its an english course that is accredited to issue I-20 for F1 Visa application.
